Carlton Tilley retires after 29+ years of service. When I requested to have some trees cut back from the lines at my home, the PEC service technician was so kind and professional. He followed up with me and kept me informed on when the right-of-way crew would be here. When I told him I wanted to call in and speak to his supervisor about how helpful he was, he would only give his first name. He said he was just doing his job, and helping me was one of the reasons he gets a paycheck every month. He is a great representative of PEC, and I am happy to have met such a nice person.
