We are currently experiencing issues with our phone system, all incoming & outgoing calls, including our DelayPay, pay-by-phone and outage systems. Our IT team is actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Our business hours are now 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Friday, excluding holidays. 24-hour emergency dispatch remains on duty during non-business hours.
