Youth Tour is PEC’s most anticipated youth program, offering high school juniors a week-long, all-expenses-paid educational trip to Washington, D.C. Each June, delegates from electric co-ops across the country come together to explore our nation’s capital, learn about the cooperative business model, and make memories that last a lifetime.
Since 1964, more than 50,000 students nationwide have participated — and PEC has proudly sent 116 delegates.
Next Youth Tour Dates: June 18–23, 2027
Highlights include:
- Meeting Oklahoma’s Congressional Delegation
- Touring Mount Vernon
- Cruising the Potomac River
- Visiting major monuments and memorials
- And much more — all at no cost to you!
