Job Description

  • Assist members in office as well as via phone and email.
  • Greet and route guests efficiently and appropriately to ensure the office runs smoothly.
  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly upon receipt.
  • Process daily mail, returned mail, and mail payments.
  • All other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Related Qualifications

  • Must possess excellent communication skills.
  • Must have strong computer skills.
  • Must have proficient oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be available to work on a part-time basis up to 20 hours per week on a work schedule as determined by the Cooperative.
