In accordance with People’s Electric Cooperative bylaws, an Annual Meeting of the Membership is held each year. Commonly referred to as “PEC Day,” it is one of the most important days of the year for the cooperative.

PEC Day is a time for members to meet their Board of Trustees and cooperative employees while enjoying live entertainment, food vendors, craft booths, and family-friendly activities.

Your official Annual Meeting invitation and printed program will arrive in September.

Please remember to bring your 2026 program with you to PEC Day to present at registration and to be entered into prize drawings.

Vendors for PEC Day 2026

We welcome food vendors, craft vendors, and informational exhibitors to be part of PEC Day 2026.

Food and craft vendors must apply through Marketspread. Activity booths inside the Big Red Barn are by invitation only.

How to Apply:

1. Create a Marketspread account.
2. Complete the PEC 2026 Annual Meeting Vendor Application.
3. Watch for a confirmation email.
4. Approved vendors will receive an approval email with event details.

Please note: Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Space is limited and applications are reviewed to ensure a balanced variety of vendors.
