Your personal invitation to PEC’s 88th Annual Meeting of the Members should be arriving soon in your mailbox—and we can’t wait to see you there!
This much-anticipated annual celebration, fondly known as PEC Day, will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at the Pontotoc County Agri-Plex in Ada, located at the corner of J.A. Richardson Loop and Broadway.
Enter from the westbound lane of J.A. Richardson Loop and exit onto North Broadway Avenue. There will be no entry from North Broadway Avenue.
Annual Meeting Program
When your Annual Meeting Program arrives, set it aside and bring it with you to PEC Day! You’ll need it to register and participate in prize drawings.
Your program includes your registration card, which will be collected when you register. Hold onto your program after registration—it serves as your ticket for prize drawings inside the Big Red Barn.
Bring your family and friends and Park & Stay for a morning filled with live entertainment, local shopping, delicious food, family activities, and plenty of free fun!
Registration
Registration takes place from your vehicle when you arrive at the Agri- Plex and will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:25 p.m.
Once you’ve registered, don’t just head home—Park & Stay! Grab a bite to eat, browse the craft vendors, enjoy the entertainment, and spend the morning enjoying everything PEC Day has to offer. 360302800
Craft Fair
Looking for something unique? Be sure to visit the PEC Day Craft Fair and shop from a variety of talented local makers and vendors.
You’ll find handmade creations, unique gifts, home décor, artwork, and more throughout the craft fair. It’s a great opportunity to discover something special while supporting small businesses and local entrepreneurs.
Bring cash if you plan to shop with craft vendors, as some vendors may only accept cash. With so many unique items to browse, be sure to leave a little time in your PEC Day plans to shop, explore, and find something you won’t find anywhere else!
Capital Credits: You Get the Credit!
Look for your capital credit retirement applied as a bill credit on your September statement—saving postage, adding convenience, and reducing the need for check deposits.
PEC Day Food Court
Hungry? The Food Court, located south of and inside the Convention Center, offers both outdoor tent seating and indoor, air-conditioned dining. 133405800
This year’s food vendors include:
- American Fusion Foods – Chicken bacon ranch quesadillas, beef chipotle quesadillas, chicken bacon ranch fries, beef chipotle loaded fries, chicken or beef loaded street corn, loaded nachos, fried honey buns and more.
- Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy – Lemonade
- Fry Bread Express – Native American favorites including Indian tacos, charbroiled bison and sirloin burgers, fry bread burgers, rez dogs, fire dogs, walking tacos, foot-long corn dogs, tonchi labona, taco fries, beaver tails, grape dumplings, cotton candy, snacks and drinks. • Holy Sweetness – Mini pancakes, desserts, elote, nachos, and walking tacos.
- Just Blowin Smoke BBQ – A variety of fresh smoked meats and homemade sides.
