Mark your calendars! People's Electric Cooperative's (PEC) Annual Meeting, better known as PEC Day, returns Saturday, September 26, 2026, at the Pontotoc County Agri-Plex in Ada. It’s one of the cooperative’s favorite traditions, bringing together members, employees and trustees for a morning of fun, food and fellowship. 861902603
“PEC Day is all about celebrating the members who make our cooperative so special,” said Kevin Wood, CEO and Executive Vice President. “We enjoy spending the morning with our members each year, and we’re excited to welcome everyone back for another day of great entertainment, family fun and fellowship.”
Registration Gift
Your official registration card will be included in the Annual Meeting Program, which will arrive in your mailbox separately from the September issue of the People’s Powerline. Be sure to bring your registration card with you to PEC Day to register for door prizes, including the $2,000 grand prize. (You must be present to win.)

Park & Stay
Once you’ve registered and picked up your member gift, we invite you to Park & Stay and enjoy everything PEC Day has to offer!
Spend the morning browsing local craft vendors, enjoying delicious food from a variety of food trucks, and experiencing live entertainment throughout the event. Families can also enjoy free activities, amusement rides, pony rides, the petting zoo, and complimentary popcorn and cotton candy.

All event traffic will enter from the westbound lane of Lonnie Abbott Boulevard, the designated entrance to the Pontotoc County Agri-Plex.
Capital Credits
Applied to September’s Bill.
PEC will once again issue this year’s capital credit retirement as a bill credit rather than mailing paper checks. Eligible members will see the credit automatically applied to their September bill (covering August usage).
This method provides a faster, more convenient way to return capital credits while continuing our commitment to serving our members efficiently.
