Requirements
- Must have lived at your location for at least 1 full year;
- PEC credit history of no monthly payments received after the 20th of any month;
- May not participate in the DelayPay program.
How It Works
An average monthly or budget amount is calculated based on your prior 12 months of electric bills. Each month, your bill will show your balance forward, actual charges and current balance. In addition, the AMP will be recalculated periodically to keep it in line with actual charges. This may result in an increase or decrease in the AMP amount. 583104500
