Consider PEC’s Average Monthly Payment (AMP) plan to spread the cost of heating and cooling your home over the whole year to account for seasonal increases in usage. How it Works:
An average monthly or budget amount is calculated based on your most recent 12 months of electric bills.
Each month, your bill will show your balance forward, actual charges, and current balance.
In addition, the AMP will be recalculated monthly to keep it in line with actual charges. This may result in a slight increase or decrease in the AMP amount.
