Friendly Reminder: New Due Dates Start January 1
As the new year approaches, we’re reminding members that new billing due dates and payment options will go into effect starting January 1, 2026.
These updates are designed to make managing your account easier and give you a little extra time and flexibility each month:
- Standard bills: Beginning January 1, 2026, payments will be due on the 20th of each month.
- Delay Pay: Still just a $15 sign-up fee, Delay Pay payments will be due on the 10th of the following month beginning January 1, 2026.
- Bank Draft (Sure BET): Choose to have your payment made automatically on the 10th or 20th of each month.
