Did you know PEC’s pay-by-phone system is designed to make bill payment quick, convenient, and secure? Just call (580) 272- 1507 any time, day or night. 540702301

Here’s how it works:

  1. Press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish
  2. To make a payment:
    1. Press 1 for card payment
    2. Press 2 for a check payment
  3. Enter your billing account number followed by the pound key (#)
  4. The system will confirm your account number and ask you to press 1 to confirm
  5. First-time callers: enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number to set your 4-digit PIN
  6. Returning users: enter your existing 4-digit PIN (typically the last 4 digits of your SSN)

Quick Tip: To change your PIN, press 2 instead of making a payment.
