We’re excited to welcome HighRoad as the headline entertainment for this year’s PEC Day on Saturday, September 26!
Known for their signature blend of bluegrass, country, and Gospel music, HighRoad has become one of the most respected groups in Christian music. Since forming in 2011, the Grammy-nominated band has earned national recognition for their heartfelt harmonies, inspiring lyrics, and exceptional musicianship.
Led by acclaimed singer, songwriter and pianist Sarah Davison, HighRoad brings together powerful vocals, grassy instrumentation and meaningful messages that have connected with audiences across the country. Sarah’s talents have taken her to some of music’s biggest stages, including performing regularly on the Grand Ole Opry alongside artists such as Mark Wills, Emily Ann Roberts and The Isaacs. She has also toured with the legendary George Jones’ band on his final tour of Canada and performed as part of Blake Shelton’s 2023 tour.
Since their formation, HighRoad has received a Grammy nomination, multiple Dove Award nominations, and numerous Singing News honors, including Band of the Year. Their unique blend of country, bluegrass and Gospel music continues to inspire audiences of all ages.

Cara Belt
Performing at 9:05 a.m.
Cara was born and raised in California where music was steeped in her blood. Raised in a musical family, she learned the importance of using her voice and has been singing since she was a little girl in church, and playing guitar since her teens. In her professional career she has played and performed all around the U.S. in theatre’s, oprys, and venues. Currently residing in the Allen, Oklahoma, area, Cara continues to pursue her music while serving as Worship Minister at her church.

Southern SONlight
Performing at 9:35 a.m.
The Gospel Station's own Southern SONlight is a southern gospel group with many original songs, plus the favorites you all know and love. They have sung all across Oklahoma and surrounding states for many years at churches of all denominations, and at numerous community events. The group's members are Randall Christy, David and Sharla Frederick, all from The Gospel Station and Union Valley Baptist Church in Ada, Oklahoma.
Randall Christy sings lead and harmony vocals for the group. He has also written several songs that the group has recorded, such as "When I Got Saved" and "He'll Lead You Back Home". He is President of The Gospel Station Network and Pastor of the Union Valley Baptist Church.
Sharla Frederick sings lead and harmony vocals. Sharla works full time for The Gospel Station as the CFO and is the music minister at the Union Valley Baptist Church.
David Frederick sings lead and harmony and is The Gospel Station's regional service coordinator. He also serves as a deacon at the Union Valley Baptist Church.
Their songs are played on The Gospel Station radio stations. They have recorded several CDs which feature original songs as well as beloved Christian favorites in a rich 4-part harmony: "When I Got Saved" (featuring Randall) and "Take the Hand of the Master" (featuring Sharla).
Southern SONlight's main goal is to lift up the name of Jesus Christ through song and to minister to those who need to know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. To that end, Southern SONlight will go to any church of any size on a love offering basis. All money given to the group goes directly to the ministry of The Gospel Station Network.

Tanner Young
Performing at 11:05 a.m.
People's Electric Cooperative is pleased to welcome Oklahoma country artist Tanner Young to the 2026 Annual Meeting entertainment lineup.
A native of Colbert, Oklahoma, Young has built a devoted following across Oklahoma and the surrounding region with his authentic traditional country sound and outstanding musicianship. Performing publicly since childhood, he has remained true to the timeless style of classic country music while earning the respect of audiences and fellow musicians alike.
Inspired by legendary artists including Merle Haggard, George Jones, Marty Robbins, Buck Owens, Ray Price, and Steve Wariner, Young delivers a heartfelt performance that celebrates the rich heritage of country music. His rich baritone vocals and genuine stage presence have made him a favorite among fans who appreciate traditional country, bluegrass, and gospel music.
An accomplished multi-instrumentalist, Young performs on guitar, fiddle, mandolin, dobro, lap steel, banjo, and bass, showcasing exceptional talent and versatility. His career has been recognized with numerous honors, including Pauls Valley Opry Male Vocalist of the Year, Entertainer of the Year, multiple Oklahoma guitar championships, and national awards recognizing excellence in traditional country music. Tanner has also opened for names such as Vince Gill, Carrie Underwood, Mark Chestnutt, Pam Tillis, Trace Adkins, Moe Bandy, and many others!
Today, Young performs throughout Oklahoma and North Texas at theaters, festivals, county fairs, community events, and venues including Ole Red in Tishomingo.
