PEC Day is Saturday, September 24

Let’s get charged for PEC Day! PEC’s Annual Meeting program should be arriving soon in your mailbox and we look forward to seeing you!

This highly anticipated yearly event, commonly referred to as “PEC Day,” will be held at the Pontotoc County Agri-Plex, located at the corner of J.A. Richardson Loop and Broadway in Ada on Saturday, September 24, 2022. We are bringing back all the free kids’ activities for members (and the public) to enjoy. Be sure to bring cash for crafts. While some vendors may have the ability to utilize your debit/ credit card, others may not. Please bring your cash with you for the craft fair and food vendors.

Annual Meeting Program

As soon as you receive your program (shown at right), be sure to keep it so you can present it to registration workers at the meeting. Drive-thru registration will open at 9 a.m. and will close at 12:35 p.m. If you choose to stay, your program will enter you in all of this year’s prize drawings. The capital credit retirement checks that we made available for you to pick up at annual meetings (prior to Covid) will arrive in the mail.

Drive-Thru Registration

Registration will be a drive-thru only to make the registration process convenient for all PEC Day goers. Everyone will enter from the west bound lane of J A Richardson Loop. There will be exits only on North Broadway Avenue where no entry will be admitted.

After presenting your program and receiving your registration gift bag, two options will be available at the drive-thru registration:

1. Park your car and stay to enjoy the entertainment and craft and food vendors along with the free Chickasaw Nation Impa’chi Meals for kids (left lane); or

2. Simply ‘drive-thru’ and continue on around the Agri-Plex to the Exit on North Broadway Avenue (right lane).
