PEC was proud to sponsor Timothy Allison of Calvin Public School and Samantha White, a homeschool student from Ada, as our 2025 delegates to the Oklahoma Association of Electric Cooperatives’ Youth Power Energy Camp, held May 27 through May 30 at Canyon Camp near Hinton. 733100603
Now back home, both students shared that the experience was unforgettable. They said they enjoyed the camp, learned a lot about themselves and the power of electricity, and would gladly attend again if given the chance.
From hands-on lessons about electrical safety to leadership challenges, team activities, and outdoor fun, the students gained valuable skills and made new friends from across the state. Highlights included hiking, a camp-wide scavenger hunt, and learning just how powerful electricity can be.
We’re proud of Timothy and Samantha for representing PEC and embracing the opportunity to grow as young leaders!
