Managing your PEC account has never been easier with SmartHub and Paperless Billing. These powerful tools give members quick, secure access to their electric account anytime, anywhere.
With SmartHub, members can make payments, monitor electric usage, receive alerts, and communicate directly with PEC. SmartHub is available online or as a mobile app, providing convenient access whether you’re at home or on the go.
By enrolling in Paperless Billing, members can view their monthly bill online instead of receiving a paper statement. This saves time, reduces clutter, and helps the cooperative lower printing and postage costs—savings that benefit all PEC members.
Members who enroll in SmartHub and go paperless will receive a $5 credit on their next electric bill, along with entries into prize drawings and this month’s Community – Hometown Packages featuring goodies from local businesses.
Once enrolled, you’ll receive an email each month when your bill is ready to view, and you can easily access past bills and historical usage. 181900301
