How do I apply to be a vendor?
All vendor applications are completed online through Marketspread. Paper applications are no longer accepted.
What is Marketspread?
Marketspread is the online platform we use to manage vendor applications, event communication, and all event details.
I’m having trouble logging in or resetting my password. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder for the password reset email. If you still can’t log in, try resetting your password again or create a new account using a different email address.
Can I submit a paper application?
No, all vendor applications must be submitted online through Marketspread.
When is the application deadline?
Applications are accepted until 12 PM (Noon) on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, or until all vendor spaces are filled.
How do I pay for my booth?
You can enter your credit or debit card information directly in your online application.
When will I be charged?
Payments are only processed after your application has been reviewed and approved.
Can I pay by cash or check?
Yes! The online application gives you the option to pay by cash or check and provides instructions for mailing or dropping off your payment.
Can I pay at PEC’s cashier counter?
Payments should not be made at the cashier counter; however, envelopes may be dropped off there for routing. Vendors paying by cash or check must place their payment in a sealed envelope labeled “PEC Day Vendor Application, Attn: Kaia Hicks,” and include their name and phone number to ensure proper processing.
How will I know if I’ve been approved?
Approved vendors will receive an email confirming your approval and including event details.
What happens if I’m not approved?
If your application is not approved, you will not be charged and will receive an email explaining why.
Are there separate applications for craft and food vendors?
No, all vendors submit one application. Once logged into Marketspread, you can select whether you are a craft or food vendor.
