After many months of hard work and dedication from our team at People’s Electric Cooperative (PEC), we are pleased to announce the launch of our updated website! As a member cooperative, it’s important for us to make our services and programs easily accessible. With user experience and access in mind, the website has a new design featuring a clean, fresh look, with responsive views for both mobile and desktop users. We’ve also improved the structure of our content, making it faster and more intuitive to find the information you need.
The site allows members to log into their SmartHub account directly on the homepage or just make a one-time payment. It features quicker links to access forms, energy savings, outage map, and your monthly People’s Powerline newsletter.
“We are very excited to announce our new, user-friendly website,” says Kyle Stuart, PEC Senior Vice- President of Administration. “Members can easily find everything they need regarding new service applications, rebates, programs, and information about the cooperative.”
Online visitors to the website will also find valuable information about the cooperative, including career opportunities, information about PEC’s additional products and services, along with information regarding PEC’s community involvement and programs.
“We strive to effectively communicate with our members. Upgrading the website is one more way to serve them and help them understand the programs we offer and what makes PEC so unique,” said Stuart.
