If a DelayPay extension is not granted and collection action is required:
- There is a $100 charge for each collection trip made by our line technician.
- Disconnect and reconnect fees during regular business hours (Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.):
- $50 for disconnection (disconnect device present);
- $50 for reconnection (disconnect device present);
- $100 disconnection (disconnect device not present);
- $100 reconnection (disconnect device not present)
- If PEC personnel are required to make a special trip to a member’s PEC location outside of the previously noted hours of 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, an additional $75.00 after-hours fee may be added.
